• Style matters: We look for current women’s fashion sizes 0-26.
• Condition counts: Our customers expect the best, & that's what we will buy from you.
• Items should be freshly laundered and neatly folded in one medium sized laundry basket, plastic bin, or shopping bag that you (and our staff) can lift with ease.

Get It Checked:

• Our expert buyers review your items for style, condition, and inventory need. We take inventory into consideration during the buying process. We may pass on items because they are not needed at this time.
• We process items in the order received. However, if you are actively shopping in our store, we will move your items to the front of the line.

Get Paid

• Get paid when you say "Yes!" to our cash offer or get 25% MORE in store credit.

Things to know before you arrive:

Bring Your ID:  Bring a valid ID,  you must be 18 years or older & have a textable phone number.

Familiarize Yourself with Our Shop: We encourage you to shop with us to understand what items we buy & how we price them.

Drop Off Your Items: If you’re in a hurry, you can check in your items & leave. We’ll text you when we’ve finished reviewing them.

Text Notification: The text will not include your offer. It serves as a reminder to return to the store for your offer & to pick up any unsold items.

Same Day Pick-Up Window: If you do not return by 6pm on the same day we’ll issue a store credit with a 25% bonus for your items.

Item Limit: We accept a maximum of 1 laundry basket-sized basket or bin per household per day in order to accommodate as many sellers as possible.

Clean Items Only: Please bring freshly laundered items. We don’t have laundry facilities & will pass on items that don’t look or smell fresh.

Payment Rate: You can expect to receive 25%-35% of our selling price for your non-designer items, based on condition & brand.

Luxury Items: We accept luxury items by appointment. They must be authenticated by third-party experts in our store. There is a $30 fee per luxury item, paid before authentication. You may decline our offer, & if so, you’ll receive the certificate of authenticity.
